Husband, Father, and small business owner. Grew up in Oregon, played some football but didn’t make the NFL. Got married to the wrong girl, had 2 kids and started 2 different businesses. Grew gym business from 1 location to 3 locations. Divorced the wrong girl and married the right girl in the same year. Closed 2 gyms, had 2 more kids, started and sold a business and started working for another start-up. Currently happily married, love all 4 kids more than anything, my 1 gym is doing great and I am passionate about what I do every day.

Eric’s professional experience stems from a decade in various sales and marketing roles that led him to open a CrossFit (TM) affiliate in 2009, Gravitas Fitness. After 8+ years of gym ownership and a deep analysis of his own “ideal day,” Eric decided to sell his gym and go full throttle into FMA.
