Joe Rakoski and Justin Quinn are the Co-founders of Natural Force, a whole-food based nutritional supplement company that is on a mission to help people live happier, healthier lives through quality nutrition while minimizing their impact on the planet. As avid fitness and health enthusiasts, Joe and Justin were frustrated with the lack of truly healthy supplements and started Natural Force as an alternative to the industry “status quo”. Natural Force is also focused on environmental sustainability and employee welfare. They operate with a completely remote team, no physical office, are in the process of significantly reducing or eliminating plastic from their product packaging.

Eric’s professional experience stems from a decade in various sales and marketing roles that led him to open a CrossFit (TM) affiliate in 2009, Gravitas Fitness. After 8+ years of gym ownership and a deep analysis of his own “ideal day,” Eric decided to sell his gym and go full throttle into FMA.
